There are tons of resources and videos online that can help you take your own measurements. Measuring tape is about $1 in most stores. Knowing your personal measurements is always handy when shopping online and between brands where sizing differs.

For bust measurements, wrap around the fullest part of your chest.

For hip measurements, wrap right above your belly button (or your natural waist).

For hip measurements, wrap around the fullest part of your butt.

Make sure you are standing when taking your measurements, a mirror in front of you will help. Don't suck in or wrap measuring tape too tight as it will affect your measurements.
